Corporate events
The best thinking rarely happens in a boardroom.
Hebron Gardens House is available for corporate retreats, leadership off-sites, strategy sessions, creative workshops, incentive travel programmes, and company celebrations. A setting where people arrive distracted and leave with more clarity than they expected.
We’re not a conference centre. There’s no projector screen bolted to a beige wall, no breakout rooms that smell of carpet cleaner, no fluorescent lighting. What we have is a private walled property with mature gardens, fast fibre internet throughout, an open-air café workspace, a creative studio designed for focused work, and the kind of quiet that makes it genuinely possible to think.
What we’re right for
Leadership & strategy retreats — Senior teams who need to step away from the operation. Two or three days in a private property in the hill country creates the conditions for conversations that don’t happen in the office.
Team off-sites — Bringing a team together outside the usual environment, for alignment, creativity, or rebuilding energy. A setting that signals the company values its people tends to produce better outcomes.
Creative workshops — The studio, the garden café, the open air. Spaces that activate different thinking. Environment changes the quality of what people make.
Incentive travel — Rewarding high performers with something genuinely memorable. Sri Lanka is increasingly popular as an incentive destination — accessible, spectacular, and still distinctive enough to feel like a real reward.
Company celebrations — End-of-year events, product launches, team milestones. Up to 150 people in a private garden venue in one of Asia’s most beautiful cities.
Why Sri Lanka for a corporate retreat
Getting a team genuinely away — different time zone, landscape, culture — produces a different quality of thinking. Sri Lanka provides that distance without being logistically difficult. Direct flights into Colombo from Singapore, Dubai, London, and across Asia. Kandy three hours by road or a scenic train journey through the tea hills. An exclusive-use property that costs significantly less than equivalent venues in Bali or Singapore.
And the activities around Hebron Gardens build the kind of shared experiences a hotel spa day doesn’t — cooking classes, guided hikes through the Hanthana range, tea plantation visits, Ayurvedic sessions, cultural experiences in Kandy.
