Kandy sits at the centre of the island — which makes Hebron Gardens a very good base. The cultural triangle to the north, tea country to the south, and a railway station ten minutes away.

Controversial for some, but you'll see elephants bathing in the river. Feeding times are 9:15 AM, 1:15 PM, and 5:00 PM. Bath time is 10 AM and 2 PM.
