The villa sits on its own within the gardens. Three bedrooms, a living room, and a kitchenette for morning coffee or late-night tea. Private, but not isolated.
Each bedroom is funky in design. Original furniture pieces. Creative details. Spaces with personality. The living room has a TV if you want it, a coffee table we built, and chairs that don’t match but somehow work together.
You’ll have your own door to close, your own rhythm to keep. But the pool, the garden café, and the creative studio are yours to enjoy whenever you want.

Living room — Sofas for gathering. TV for those rare moments you want it. A coffee table we made here. Windows looking out to the gardens. This is your space to share meals, play cards, plan tomorrow’s adventures, or just exist together.
Kitchenette — Coffee maker, tea supplies, small fridge, basic facilities. Not a full kitchen, but enough for breakfast prep or evening snacks. Glasses, cups, plates. The essentials.
